Meet Our Team
Sandeep brings 33+ years of experience spanning finance, investment analysis, strategic planning, and technology, including the last decade and a half of leadership experience(as CFO)in fundraising (~$2B aggregate raised) and strategic and tactical financial management.
Starting his journey as a Wall Street Analyst, he went on to be the founder of myStartUpCFO, with the idea of boosting women participation in the workforce, building a fullstack financial consultancy startup. Prior to this, he was a founder at Get Me Research, Advisor and Vice President – Finance and Operations at Gridstone Research.
Sandeep has a Master’s in Computer Science from Syracuse University and an MBA in finance from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Vincent Vo brings with him 10+ years of investing and advising growth stage businesses. Prior to Numera, he served as Director at Anacapa Partners and a Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he served senior leaders of Fortune 500 clients in tech, financial services, consumer, and business services.
His experience spans client engagement with a focus on finance, sales, marketing, and digital. He has significant experience with BCG Digital Ventures, BCG’s corporate investment and incubation arm. He led matrixed client teams to execute the end-to-end delivery of workstreams to solve his clients’ critical business challenges.
He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley.

With 17+ years of experience in CFO advisory, catering to private equity-backed companies in the energy, SaaS, and manufacturing industries, Mike was previously Director with PwC in the US and UK. He has led global public and private client engagements for companies sizes ranging from $200M to over $40B in revenue.
He is a veteran in client equity and debt offerings, business combinations inclusive of public listing and reporting requirements, initial valuations and ongoing goodwill impairment analyses, share-based awards, restructuring, and global taxes.
Mike has an MBA from the University of Oxford and is a registered CPA in the State of Florida, along with being a FICPA Council Member.

Shriya brings 8+ years of experience spanning finance, business strategy, growth and marketing. Prior to being the Chief of Staff at myStartUpCFO, she was the Founder and CEO at ContentNinja, a successful tech marketing agency that she bootstrapped to 50 people and ~$1.5mn in ARR for 7 years.
While running her business, she was involved in professionalizing sales and marketing functions to support sustainable growth, built strategic partnerships that added millions to our sales pipeline, and laid the foundation of a culture that could attract and retain top talent. As a Chartered Accountant by education, she started her career at PWC, before going on to run her own business.
She has a degree in Commerce from Delhi University and an MBA from INSEAD.

With over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, Venus is a proven expert in building and scaling high-performance teams.
Prior to joining our company, she served at Escalon Services, where she successfully expanded the sales organization from 3 to 25 representatives and drove revenue growth exceeding $80 million. She brings deep expertise in M&A strategy and integration within the financial services sector.
Venus’s specialty lies in developing repeatable sales models that drive sustainable growth, making her a key leader in our mission to democratize access to premium financial and accounting services for startups and SMBs.
Venus is based in the Bay Area and holds a Bachelor of Science from San Jose State University.

With almost a decade of experience with us, Nikhar has extensive experience with start-up F&A. From how and where to incorporate your company, how to structure it with affiliate foreign entities, keep up with your compliance to how to deal with M&As and exit strategies, he has experience in almost the full F&A cycle that a startup will see.
Before sales, he had practical experience managing accounting for our clients, giving him hands-on knowledge and know-how of startup finance.
He is our “home-grown” expert and can consult on almost everything that may need help with.

Siddhant has been an integral part of myStartUpCFO for nearly a decade, evolving from a Bookkeeper to a versatile leader in finance and accounting operations. Over the years, he has developed deep expertise in managing both internal and external F&A processes for startups, covering everything from setting up financial systems and designing F&A scopes to overseeing compliance, tax filings, and scaling finance operations.
With hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and project management, Siddhant brings a unique ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.
Based in Bangalore, he holds a Bachelor of Business Management with a specialization in Financial Services from Jain University.
