James is a finance executive with operating experience to drive growth and effective resource allocation based on analytics and industry leading process and system. As a VP of Finance and Analytics at Lightspeed, LLC under Apollo Group, he oversaw finance and accounting, operational and organizational process, business model & monetization, valuation, capitalization and external funding.
James also served as VP of Finance for Apollo Group responsible for optimizing $400M in digital and offline marketing budget utilizing marketing analytics and media mix modeling, driving performance marketing responsible for 90% of corporate profits and developed enterprise wide sales and marketing process. Prior to Apollo, James served as finance lead in driving planning, budgeting and analytics for $500M division at Yahoo.
James has expertise and finance leadership experiences across all functional organization including marketing, sales, technology and multiple industries including internet, semiconductor, education and retail.
James holds a M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
