  • Staff Accountant

    Job Description

    • Accounting of bank entries, vendor bills, customer invoices, payroll entries, credit card entries & employee reimbursements.
    • Fixed asset accounting
    • Intercompany accounting
    • Reconcile bank & credit card accounts at regular intervals
    • Perform assigned account reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules related to amortization, accruals, prepaid assets, cash, deferred revenue etc.
    • Use QuickBooks / NetSuite automation to automate most of the data entry.
    • Handle all independent contractor documentation.
    • Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting close. Activities include preparation of accruals, journal entries, account reconciliations, management reports and other financial analysis as required.
    • Prepare Budget vs. Actual variance and month-to-month variance reports for management. Provide commentary / analysis of underlying reasons for the variances.
    • Support preparation and distribution of monthly management reports and statistical analysis.
    • Provide timely and accurate accounting and financial information to internal stakeholders on ad-hoc basis.

     
    Skills Required

    • 2-5 years accounting experience
    • Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting
    • Hands on experience in QuickBooks or NetSuite preferred.

  • Finance Controller

    Job Description
    As an Accounting Controller you will be handling a team of finance professionals while reporting into the CFO. You will be responsible for:

    • Managing the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy.
    • Managing monthly closing process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts, included monthly consolidated Balance sheet and cash flows.
    • Coordinating the Company's annual audit with the independent auditors for the Clients.
    • Developing and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls.
    • Coordinating, developing and updating written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process.
    • Maintaining and strengthening internal controls over financial reporting.
    • Managing preparation of the annual accounts.
    • Hands on experience of Consolidation accounting for multiple subsidiaries across geographies and acquisition accounting.

     
    Skills Required

    • 3 - 5 years' experience in accounting and financial record keeping.
    • Bachelor's degree, or its equivalent, in accounting, finance or related field. CPA or CMA Certification and/or MBA preferred.
    • Knowledge of Quick books or Net Suite or SAP FICO
    • Robust problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial management.
    • Strong leadership ability, including self-confidence, integrity, sound judgment and decision-making, and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

    Job Description

    • Manage a team of Controllers.
    • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, including accounting standards with respect to complex accounting transactions.
    • Managing the clients’ annual audit and quarterly audits.
    • Providing guidance to the client’s sales team assisting with customer deal structuring and analysis to ensure the revenue recognition objective, collectability, and financing.
    • Maintaining external relationships and alliances with key players such as banks and other credit institutions, vendors, key customers, and auditors
    • Building strong relationships across all divisions of a client company especially with the senior management in each division.
    • Be a trusted advisor to the CEO who will rely upon you to be the expert in financial strategies.
    • Groom and grow self-sufficient accounting and finance teams.
